Risk Disclosure
Last updated: April 2026
Read this carefully
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. Before activating a LazyEye bot, you must read and understand the risks below. By accepting this disclosure you confirm that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for your trading decisions.
1. Risk of Loss
You can lose some or all of the funds you deposit into your AsterDex trading account. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The bot does not guarantee profits and there is no minimum return. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely without affecting your standard of living.
2. Market Volatility
Crypto markets are highly volatile. Prices can move sharply in seconds. During periods of extreme volatility, slippage or exchange outages can amplify losses beyond what the bot anticipates, and positions may move against you before they are closed.
3. Algorithmic Risk
The bot is software. Software contains bugs. While we test extensively, there is no guarantee the bot will behave as intended in every market condition. Software errors, infrastructure failures, or edge cases may result in unexpected losses. LazyEye is not liable for losses caused by software defects, downtime, or technical failures — see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
4. Counterparty & Exchange Risk
Your funds are held on AsterDex, not by LazyEye. If AsterDex is hacked, becomes insolvent, freezes withdrawals, or otherwise fails, you may lose access to your funds. LazyEye does not custody your assets and cannot recover funds lost to exchange failures.
5. No Investment Advice
LazyEye is a tool, not a financial advisor. Nothing on our website, in our dashboard, or in any communication from us constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether the service is appropriate for your circumstances.
6. Tax Responsibility
You are responsible for reporting your trading activity and profits to the tax authorities (Belastingdienst) in accordance with Dutch law. LazyEye does not file taxes on your behalf and is not responsible for any tax liability arising from your use of the service.
7. No Refunds for Trading Losses
Subscription and startup fees paid to LazyEye are non-refundable. Trading losses incurred while the bot is active are your sole responsibility and cannot be reclaimed from LazyEye under any circumstances.
8. Acknowledgment
By checking the risk acknowledgment box at registration and bot activation, you confirm that you have read this document, understand the risks described, and accept full responsibility for any losses incurred while using the LazyEye trading bot.
