1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LazyEye trading bot service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

LazyEye provides an automated cryptocurrency trading bot that operates on AsterDex Perpetuals via the Binance Smart Chain. The bot executes trades automatically based on its algorithms at 1x (no leverage). Users can monitor and control their bots through our web dashboard at app.lazyeye.nl.

LazyEye is not a regulated financial entity and does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.

3. Eligibility

The Service is exclusively available to residents of the Netherlands. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a resident of the Netherlands and at least 18 years old. Registration from outside the Netherlands is not permitted and will be blocked.

You represent that you are legally permitted to engage in cryptocurrency trading under Dutch law.

4. Fees & Payment

• Startup fee — A one-time €5.00 (excl. 21% VAT) startup fee applies per bot, payable immediately upon activation.
• Monthly fee — A flat fee of €5.00/month applies if your monthly profit is $50 or less. If your monthly profit exceeds $50, a 40% performance-based software fee applies instead. Fees are billed in EUR at the end of each calendar month, converted from USD using the ECB exchange rate.
• All prices are exclusive of 21% Dutch VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payment method — The startup fee is paid via iDEAL. This also establishes a SEPA Direct Debit mandate for future monthly charges, which are collected automatically.

5. Risk Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely. The value of your portfolio can go down as well as up.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your API keys, wallet credentials, and account information secure.
• You must ensure sufficient funds in your wallet for trading and gas fees.
• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including tax obligations.
• You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are responsible for your own tax reporting on trading profits.

7. Custody & Funds

LazyEye never holds or has access to your funds. Your assets remain in your own wallet at all times. We only use your API keys to execute trades on your behalf. API keys should be configured with trading permissions only — never withdrawal permissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, LazyEye shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses
• Technical failures or bugs in the bot software
• AsterDex or blockchain network downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials
• Force majeure events

9. Refund Policy

The one-time startup fee is non-refundable once the bot has been activated. Monthly fees are non-refundable as they are charged for services already rendered. If you experience a technical issue on our end that prevents the bot from operating, please contact us to discuss a resolution.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, branding, and materials related to LazyEye are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service at any time. You can cancel your account through the Settings page in the dashboard, which will stop all bots, deactivate your account, and end billing. Upon termination, any outstanding invoices remain payable. Open positions on AsterDex remain in your wallet and are your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately if these terms are violated.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it at Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
